On my first big garden tour, I visited Heligan in Cornwall—and was transported to another world.
Amid the greenhouses, ancient walls, and the wild profusion of rhododendron blossoms, culture and nature blurred together.
Ever since then, I’ve been captivated by the magic of special gardens.
