The three works combine nature motifs with the “Stained Glass technique,” whose dark outlines are reminiscent of the lead frames in stained glass.

For this, felt is cut up and reassembled from many individual pieces. This working process reflects the theme of the series: destruction and the piecing together into a new whole. Depending on the artwork, I used up to 200 pieces for this.

“Roaming the Ocean” was exhibited in Dublin. “Beware” won third place in the public vote at an exhibition in Vienna.
